The Confederation of Labour of Russia has 14 member organizations. KTR member organizations cover the transport and manufacturing sectors of the economy, education, health and culture, and the service sector. KTR member organizations are represented in most of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The trade unions of the transport sector within the KTR are the Russian Seafarers' Union (RPSM), the Federal Trade Union of Aviation Dispatchers (FPAD) of Russia, the Sheremetyevo Flight Crew Union (SHPLS), the Russian Trade Union of Maritime Transport Workers (RPRMT), the Interregional Trade Union of Pilots (MPSL), the Union of Employees of the State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Metro".

Trade unions of the manufacturing sector — Interregional Trade Union "Workers' Association" (MPRA), Interregional Trade Union "New Trade Unions" ("Novoprof"), Interregional Association of Workers' Trade Unions "Protection of Labour". In addition, the FPAD of Russia, the MORP "Protection of Labour" and a number of other trade unions are members of the Federation of Trade Unions of Russia (FPR), which is also a member organization of the KTR.

The unions of the budget sector are the Trade Union of Health Workers "Action", the Interregional Trade Union of Education Workers "Teacher", the Interregional Trade Union of Higher School Workers "University Solidarity". In addition, the KTR has a trade union in the field of culture — the Interregional Trade Union of Cinematographers.
